Joel H. Jess, DVM, CCRP
Joel is both a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) through Iowa State University [1986] and a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner (CCRP) with a degree obtained through the University of Tennessee canine rehabilitation certification program. He has a deep understanding of the diseases, treatments, and rehabilitation protocols essential for a wide variety of orthopedic and neurologic conditions. As a surgeon with Pekin Veterinary Clinic he brings extensive insight to the needs of both patient and the owner.

Stacey Berlett, CVT, CCRP
Stacey is a veterinary technician with a certification from Parkland College. She grew up in Champaign, IL, graduated from Parkland in 2005 and moved to Peoria to pursue her career. Stacey’s special veterinary interests include physical rehabilitation, pain management and nutrition.

Courtney Evans, CVT
Courtney is a certified veterinary technician with a degree from Parkland College. Originally from Washington, IL, Courtney has been with the Pekin Veterinary Clinic for over 5 years. Her special interests at work include assisting in surgery (especially the orthopedic surgeries), phlebotomy, physical rehabilitation, and digital radiology.
